With each project; Bill likes to take considerable time planning, as each home is unique.  Considering the customer's desire, Bill begins assessing the lot and then designs a site plan to account for appropriate draining and landscaping options.  Each step is methodical - Bill considers soil, slope, environment, and structural demands to establish the best foundation for every thome.  This is always the first step.

Without going into too much detail, let Bill just say, "I work with the customer to go through this process from start to finish; from design all the way to color coordinating."  You can be involved in as much as you would like, or Bill can take care of everything for you.  Bill asks you to consider him to build your dream home.
